"Coussin de lave" is part of the collection "Pillow lavas" inspired by a natural volcanic phenomenon. These pillows are formed when a hot lava flow springs from the bowels of the Earth and comes into contact with the deep waters of the oceans. The ceramic piece seems frozen in the solidified lava, the two elements are equilibrated forming only one.
