"I create objects to produce by hand in a pottery or ceramics manufactory. All works are unique but can be similar reproduced in small editions. Manufacturing my objects requires a high level of craftsmanship and it sets itself apart from industrial production by choosing complex processes like special surface covers or hand-polishing. Normally I realize the objects myself in my own workshop in Bern, but they are designed to be produced as well by an external professional or a manufactory. My favorite material is porcelain and specially prepared variations of it."
