“Originally made as props for a movie, the glasses started to get a life for themselves, after first showing them in 2018 on the Salone del Mobile. An art collective whom I are friends with, asked me to design and produce a couple of cocktail glasses for their movie. This movie was set mostly in a Jazz-club in the far future. I was obviously inspired by tradition roman glassware, but I gave it my own twist. These glasses are originally hand sculpted in clay, after which I made moulds.” Boris de B.
