Shipping

FRACAS works with specialised transporters to ship all orders. 

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order. To make it easer and safer, we recommend you to provide us with a phone number. 

Heavy or fragile items will be delivered by Courier Service (UPS, DHL...) When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail. If you are not home when the goods are delivered, the driver will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day (free of charge). 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated depending of the delivery location. You can see delivery costs as you check out.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order!  However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, in the original packaging and in perfect condition, with a copy of your receipt and we will arrange exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.

Before shipping back your return, send us an email at sales@fracas-online.com and let us know which item you are returning.
